There are two Founding Member tiers, both priced at £29/worker/month. The Platinum Founding Member tier requires a £5,000 refundable deposit and locks in your rate permanently — for the lifetime of your subscription, regardless of future price increases. The Gold Founding Member tier requires a £1,000 refundable deposit and locks in your rate for one full year. Both tiers are limited to 50 organisations each (100 total). After the one-year lock-in period, Gold members move to the then-current standard rate, while Platinum members never pay more than £29/worker/month.
Yes, both deposits are fully refundable within 30 days if the platform does not meet your expectations — no questions asked. The Platinum deposit is £5,000 and locks in your £29/worker/month rate for life. The Gold deposit is £1,000 and locks in the same rate for one year. Once the platform launches, the deposit is credited against your first invoice so you are not paying anything extra — just paying ahead.
